Our Story
Prime was started by commercial door and dock veterans who spent years running emergency dispatch and multi-site maintenance contracts along New Jersey's industrial corridor.
They kept seeing the same problem: a leveler fails at 2 AM, the vendor doesn't answer, and the facility manager is left explaining to operations why trailers are sitting. They built the company they wished they'd had, one that picks up the phone, shows up fast, and leaves paperwork you can actually file.
